For a gameplay bug or accessibility issue, open a public GitHub issue. Include your browser, device type, yard number, what you expected, and what happened. Do not include private information.

Private security reports

Report a suspected vulnerability through a private GitHub security advisory. Please allow reasonable time for investigation before public disclosure.

Quick recovery

• Reload once if the physics engine does not start.
• Open Sound to independently disable music, effects, or rider reactions.
• Use Reset Progress at the bottom of the yard chooser if saved campaign data becomes confusing.
• If the installed app seems stale, close it completely and reopen it online once.
